He said a \u201csenior enlisted\u201d service member came to him with information about \u201cthe locations of hybrid breeding programs,\u201d describing a system in which, as he put it, \u201ccaptured aliens were breeding with humans to create some hybrid race that could engage in intergalactic communication.\u201d According to Gaetz, the same individual told him that the human participants in the alleged programme had been taken from \u201cwar zones\u201d and \u201ceven the caravans of migrants,\u201d and that the activities were not confined to a single site. He said he was told there were \u201cbetween six and 12 locations around the country where this happened,\u201d and that the person briefing him wanted congressional intervention, specifically, coordinated visits by lawmakers to those locations so that any alleged operations could not be moved or concealed.
