He confessed that while intoxicated, he verbally abused his own mother, something he now deeply regrets. The actor also revealed that he made inappropriate and offensive phone calls to several women while drunk, incidents he had no memory of the next day.<\/p>\n

These experiences made him confront a harsh truth: that alcohol had taken away his sense of self-control and judgment. Piyush Mishra acknowledged that his addiction began affecting his professional life as well. His erratic behavior led to a negative reputation within the industry, with many considering him difficult to work with.<\/p>\n

In 2009, he suffered a brain stroke, an incident he attributes to excessive alcohol consumption, which affected the right side of his body.<\/p>\n
