Just before turning himself in, the actor had told the media that he did not have the means to repay the amount, triggering conversations about the financial struggles faced by character actors in the film industry. The situation led to several members of the industry stepping forward in support, even initiating efforts to offer him work and sign him for new projects.However, after being released on bail, Rajpal dismissed the perception that he had been struggling professionally. Reiterating his stance during a conversation with Farah Khan<\/a> on her YouTube vlog, he maintained that he has consistently been working throughout his career spanning nearly three decades.Reacting to his extensive filmography, Farah remarked, \u201cI think you must have done at least 100 films with just Priyadarshan<\/a> sir.\u201d Rajpal, known for films like Bhagam Bhag, Malamaal Weekly, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa, responded with a laugh, saying, \u201cI have actually done at least 50 films each with Ram Gopal Varma, Priyadarshan and David Dhawan.\u201dHighlighting the early momentum of his career, he added, \u201cIn the very first year (2000), the industry bestowed me with so much love and fame that I have finished doing at least 200 films,\u201d underlining that he has never been out of work.Farah then joked about his indispensability, saying, \u201cEven Salman [Khan] can\u2019t do without you.\u201d Rajpal agreed, replying, \u201cYes, Salman bhai and Akshay bhai both can\u2019t do.
