Today, as the Managing Trustee of Ishanya Foundation, she leads an initiative that has touched and transformed countless lives through thoughtful action and compassionate leadership.

A Vision Rooted in Self-Reliance

For her, CSR was never about charity. It was about dignity. What began as a sincere effort to support communities gradually evolved into a larger vision, one where individuals are equipped with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to shape their own futures. Under her guidance, Ishanya Foundation has grown into a platform that nurtures self-reliance, resilience, and long-term change, one life at a time.

Founded in 2006, Ishanya Foundation was rooted in a deeply personal vision; to help communities stand strong on their own. What began as a focused effort around vocational training and livelihood support gradually unfolded into a far more holistic journey. As she engaged closely with communities, it became evident that sustainable progress could not exist in isolation.. Responding to these interconnected realities, the Foundation expanded its work across sectors, building partnerships with NGOs and government bodies to deepen and widen its impact.

Today, while the Foundation’s core philosophy remains unchanged, its scope has widened significantly.
