The property is located on Allison Island in Biscayne Bay, an exclusive residential area close to one of the most famous luxury enclaves in the United States. While Brin\u2019s name does not appear directly on the deed, the report says that documents connected to the transaction show links to addresses and legal representatives previously associated with the billionaire. If confirmed, the purchase would place Brin among several of the world\u2019s richest technology leaders who have recently acquired high-value homes in what is called the Billionaire Bunker in Miami area.<\/p>\n A deed recorded Tuesday, March 3 shows the Allison Island property was sold for $51 million. The home was transferred from MB 1 LLC, owned by Michael Burke, to Lagoon LLC, a company registered in Reno, Nevada.As mentioned above, Brin\u2019s name does not appear in the documents. But the Reno address used by Lagoon LLC matches that of a law firm associated with attorney Michaelle Rafferty. Rafferty has also appeared in records connected to previous real estate transactions linked to Sergey Brin.According to property assessments, the house was built in 2019 and includes nearly 10,000 square feet of living space. The property features a cabana, marble patio, luxury pool and hot tub.<\/p>\n If Sergey Brin is confirmed as the buyer, he would join several other technology leaders who have recently purchased property in the Miami area. In recent months, Larry Page reportedly spent more than $180 million on multiple homes in Coconut Grove. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg also bought a property on Indian Creek Island for about $170 million, according to reports.As per BI report, real estate agents say the surge of tech billionaires buying homes in Miami has pushed luxury property prices to new levels. \u201cPeople want to be around their colleagues,\u201d Douglas Elliman agent Dina Goldentayer told the publication. \u201cThey want to be around people in technology and finance. So it’s made a big impact on the market.\u201d<\/p>\n The Allison Island property sits just a few miles from Indian Creek Island, widely known as the \u201cBillionaire Bunker.\u201d Indian Creek is a private island community with tight security and limited access.
