Accompanied by his lawyer Bhaskar Upadhyay, the actor spoke candidly about his legal battle, public support, and a packed slate of upcoming films. During the interaction, Rajpal responded to claims that actor Sonu Sood had supported him professionally by signing him for a film during tough times.<\/p>\n

Reacting to the narrative, Rajpal said, \u201cPlease get over the misconception that I have to constantly ask for work. And there\u2019s no shame in asking for work.\u201d He emphasized that acting is both his livelihood and passion and said, \u201cI make a living from my work. Cinema is my passion, and I work in such a way that I get four times more work. I even work during holidays. Work doesn\u2019t find me; it\u2019s been with me for the last 11 years.\u201d<\/p>\n

He claimed to have projects lined up for the next seven years, including branding ventures valued at over \u20b91,000 crore. According to the actor, he has signed four large-scale agreements, each budgeted between \u20b9200 crore and \u20b92,000 crore.<\/p>\n

In a significant legal development, the Delhi High Court recently granted interim stay on Rajpal Yadav\u2019s sentence in the cheque bounce case until March 18. The bench led by Justice Swaran Kant Sharma directed him to submit a personal bond of \u20b91 lakh and a surety of \u20b91 lakh. The court also noted that \u20b91.5 crore had already been deposited into the concerned party\u2019s bank account at the time of granting relief.<\/p>\n
