We didn\u2019t have Product Managers, Devs or UX designers. We had project managers, graphic designers, journalists &amp; PR folks whom I had to bribe with tea and dreams to help me build a website,\u201d he wrote.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"5\"\/>Mittal compared it with today\u2019s situation which, with deep talent at mid and senior levels, is different. The depth of talent isn&#8217;t just better, it\u2019s world-class. <\/span><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"42\"\/><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"43\"\/><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"44\"\/><span class=\"em\" data-ua-type=\"1\" onclick=\"stpPgtnAndPrvntDefault(event)\">People who would\u2019ve stayed in Silicon Valley a decade ago are now landing in Bengaluru and Mumbai, not because they have to, but because the work here is inspiring. <\/span><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"46\"\/><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"47\"\/><span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"48\"\/><span class=\"em\" data-ua-type=\"1\" onclick=\"stpPgtnAndPrvntDefault(event)\">Yes, tighter immigration policies abroad have helped. Now we manufacture it. The digital ecosystem is the plot.
