The injured taxi driver, Ajit Singh, was shifted to IGI Hospital.Delhi Police confirmed that the Scorpio was allegedly being driven by a minor without a valid licence. The teen was apprehended at the scene, produced before the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB), and sent to an Observation Home.On February 10, the JJB granted interim bail citing his Class 10 board examinations.
