He had boarded a train from Chennai Central. When the train arrived at Tiruvottiyur station, a train ticket examiner (TTE) caught him and handed him over to RPF personnel.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"4\"\/>A video clip showed the RPF constable pressing his knee against the man&#8217;s neck for some time, before sitting on his chest and slapping his face repeatedly.
