The board had made it clear that employees should not be involved with PSL franchises to avoid conflicts, yet Misbah\u2019s case appears to be an exception. This has led to confusion and criticism about inconsistency in decision-making.<\/p>\n Misbah believes his involvement actually helps his role as a selector.
