The plea will be heard on Thursday. Khera was booked under various BNS sections, including false information, forgery, cheating, criminal intimidation and conspiracy.<!-- --> In his April 7 petition, he said he has not been furnished a copy of the FIR and the allegations do not constitute a valid case.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"5\"\/>Khera had claimed that Sarma&#8217;s wife holds foreign passports and has properties abroad not declared in his affidavit.
