Now, in a recent podcast interview, Jaswir Kaur has finally revealed what actually happened behind the scenes and why she was abruptly removed from the show. Jaswir Kaur portrayed Inspector Kajal in CID between 2010 and 2012. During that time, the show already had a massive fan following. Inspector Kajal became a familiar face for viewers during her stint on the show. However, her sudden exit sparked speculation among fans for years.

Recently, while speaking on Subhojit Ghosh’s podcast, Jaswir Kaur opened up about the painful phase of her life. According to the actress, she was abruptly called to the production office one day and asked to leave the show. She claimed that several allegations were made against her that she believes were completely baseless. Jaswir revealed that she was told her demeanor was inappropriate and that she had taken a script without any dialogue written in it.

She also said that she was accused of using abusive language, something she strongly denied. The sudden accusations left the actress deeply shocked. The actress recalled that the incident affected her emotionally for a long time. She revealed that she cried continuously for 45 days, struggling to understand why she had been removed from the show after working on it for 22 months.

According to her, there were multiple meetings and discussions with the production team, but none of them helped resolve the situation. Eventually, seeing her distress, her mother broke down in tears as well. That moment made Jaswir realize that she had to move on from the situation. During the podcast, Jaswir also claimed that she was accused of being involved in black magic, an allegation she described as shocking and completely unfounded.
