Actress Ayesha Khan has made some deeply disturbing revelations about her personal life, shedding light on the dark side of being a female celebrity in the public eye. In a recent interview, the actress spoke candidly about facing daily sexual harassment, rape threats, and even an attempted sexual assault in the past. Ayesha, who was recently seen in Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 and featured in the song Shararat from Dhurandhar, opened up during a conversation with Mojo Story about the pressures and dangers she faces online and offline.

When asked whether she feels pressured to meet certain beauty standards, Ayesha said she is confident in her appearance but highlighted the constant online scrutiny. “My body is sexualized almost every day on Instagram. People have a problem even if I wear a normal top. Even if I wear a skirt, there’s an issue. I have to think before posting anything. If I have to think before wearing or posting something just because someone else will sexualize me, it’s a really sad situation,” she said.

The actress revealed that rape threats have become a horrifying norm in her life. “Yes. Every day. I can open my phone right now and show it to you. And it’s become so normal now,” she stated, adding that while such issues are discussed publicly, meaningful action is often missing. In a shocking confession, Ayesha shared that there was once an attempt to rape her, something she had spoken about previously but finds emotionally exhausting to revisit. “There are some days when it all shakes me up. It reopens a wound I don’t want to remember,” she said, explaining how such trauma can resurface unexpectedly.

She also recounted a terrifying incident during a film shoot. While on set with her father present, she discovered disturbing voice notes sent to her on Instagram by a spot boy from the production. Horrified, she informed her father immediately. Action was reportedly taken against the individual, bringing her some relief.

Ayesha began her career as a junior artist in Kasautii Zindagii Kay, produced by Ekta Kapoor. She later appeared in Baalveer Returns and made her Telugu film debut with Mukhachitram. Her popularity surged after participating in Bigg Boss, and since then, she has appeared in multiple TV shows and films including Jaat and Gangs of Godavari.
