The divorce case between Pawan Singh and Jyoti Singh is currently being heard in the family court of Ara Civil Court. While Pawan Singh has filed for divorce, Jyoti has publicly stated that she wishes to continue the marriage.

However, she has also maintained that if separation becomes inevitable, she is entitled to alimony. At a previous hearing on February 11, Jyoti appeared before the judge and rejected the allegations made against her. Pawan Singh did not attend the hearing. On February 24 as well, he was absent, with his legal team citing ill health. Jyoti’s lawyer reportedly stated that continued absence could lead to stricter legal action.
