In a recent interview, Nick revealed that he and Priyanka are raising their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, with Hindu values, something that has deeply transformed his own spiritual journey.

Currently busy promoting his album Sunday Best, Nick appeared on the Zach Sang Show, where he spoke candidly about balancing his music career and fatherhood. Talking about parenting, Nick shared how magical it is to watch a child experience the world for the first time. Reflecting on his responsibilities as both an artist and a father, he said, “Treating a fussy child with empathy and love has been the most interesting aspect of being a parent.”

He also revealed that becoming a father has influenced his songwriting and said, “I’m now writing about things I want to explain to her. She’ll listen, and I can’t ignore that.” Nick shared a heartwarming detail about Malti loving their song Love Me to Heaven, which they often play at the start of their performances. He described adorable moments of Malti standing at the edge of the stage with Priyanka, eager to run and join her parents.

Recalling his first visit to India, he described it as a life-changing experience, “The first time I went to India, it was a magical experience.
