In one of the clips from the event, Mohan Bhagwat explained how Salman Khan’s choices often influence young people, particularly college students.“Salman Khan ji kya pehen te hai, college vidyarthi waese pehente hai. Krissh 4 stalled over Hrithik Roshan, Aditya Chopra’s disagreement?
Fans eagerly awaiting the return of India’s most popular superhero may need to brace for a longer wait. Krrish 4 has reportedly run into a major financial hurdle, stalling progress on the much-anticipated fourth chapter of the franchise.According to a report by Sacnilk, the delay has nothing to do with creative differences or script-related issues. Instead, it stems from a significant disagreement over the film’s budget between lead actor Hrithik Roshan and producer Aditya Chopra. The project was initially expected to go on floors in early 2026, but that schedule now appears increasingly unlikely. Hrithik, who is set to step into the director’s chair for the first time with Krrish 4, is said to be advocating for a budget of around Rs 500 crore. The actor reportedly wants the film’s action sequences, visual effects, and overall scale to compete with global superhero productions.Aditya Chopra, however, is believed to be unwilling to approve such a steep investment. The Yash Raj Films head is reportedly keen on capping the budget at approximately Rs 350 crore, aiming to strike a balance between spectacle and commercial feasibility. With neither side willing to budge for now, the film has reportedly been pushed to the “back burner.”
Farhan Akhtar ‘s production house demands Rs 40 crore from Ranveer Singh
A report by Variety India claims that Excel Entertainment has already begun downsizing, letting go of several heads of departments and asking them to seek work elsewhere. This decision, the report suggests, stems from an alleged financial setback of Rs 40 crore attributed to Ranveer’s departure from the film. However, the actor has reportedly contested the claim, maintaining that he is not obligated to pay any compensation. An unnamed source told the publication, “Ranveer claims he left the project because he wasn’t happy with the script. He kept asking for changes to be made and didn’t like what the final draft read. Excel, on the other hand, claims that they went ahead with pre-production only after Singh gave his go ahead.”
